Severity: important

Dear Maintainer,

Every time I suspend or power off, upon resume the audio volume is 100%. GNOME
still shows what the audio is supposed to be set at, and it corrects itself
once I touch the slider. Muting and unmuting does not fix it, only touching the
slider does.
Leaving the audio on mute does not prevent this issue. The sound will be 100%
volume despite being muted. I can reproduce the same problem on Sway, so it's
not a GNOME issue.

The audio output is just my monitor speakers. The audio device is Renoir Radeon
High Definition Audio Controller.

Bug does not exist on Debian 12. I've had to disable automatic suspend to
protect my ears.
