No need to do anything like that, simply install the packages from here, run liferea from a terminal and send me the output: https://people.debian.org/~berto/webkit2gtk-2.48.3-1+nvidiadbg/ I uploaded the complete build but in principle you only need to install the *-4.1*.deb packages (especially libwebkit2gtk-4.1-0 and libjavascriptcoregtk-4.1-0).
