So, it turned up.
The reason I filed this bug at that time is that src:dgit 12.15 got
ACCEPTED much more quickly. I uploaded that one to sid without t2u
fairly soon before I did 13.4 to experimental.
But, if this was an expected delay, please feel free to close this
report.
