Hello. This failure used to happen all the time on some VMs from Hetzner which I'm no longer using for archive rebuilds.
However, today I've noticed that they also fail in my current AWS setup. This started to happen after I switched from AWS instances of type m6a, c6a and r6a to instances of type m7a, c7a and r7a (having 4th Generation AMD EPYC processors). So, I've made an upload for bookworm-proposed-updates. The current code at github still has the test, but maybe they changed the way the comparisons are made. The current Debian package currently fails to build for other reasons. When it builds ok again, I'll try to check this again. Thanks.
