I would appreciate a Merge Request.  When you say your account is blocked, is 
it your Salsa account that is blocked?  Or, does it let you log into Salsa but 
not create an MR?

I would really like to get the Debian Courier packages into good shape.  I 
expect this is going to take about two years at least.  It is complicated 
because I do not personally use all of the components of Courier, and those I 
do use I do not always use in the same way as others.  So, receiving bug 
reports is very helpful, and Merge Requests are even more helpful.
