Thanks for your offer.  You are welcome to NMU for this bug
immediately without using a delayed queue.

However, I think you will find that chiark-tcl will FTBFS for you in
sid anyway because it turns out that it build-depends on adns 1.3
which isn't in sid either (see #361419).  I didn't notice this
immediately myself because the adns on my own build machine was too
now - very naughty of me.  My apologies for the inconvenience.

So you may find your effort will be better rewarded elsewhere.  Fixing
this particular FTBFS is still on my todo list and I do expect to get
round to it but probably not hugely quickly.  I've been concentrating
on the adns upstream release (in part because of this dependency).
