Package: plptools Severity: normal Upstream maintainer here.
I note that the Debian package is over a decade out of date; while plptools has not exactly been rapidly developed in that time, it has had quite a few bug fixes and new releases. I think the other problem is that the Debian maintainer is MIA, and my attempt to take over the package in October 2014 (I’m a DM) appears not to have succeeded. -- System Information: Debian Release: trixie/sid APT prefers noble-updates APT policy: (500, 'noble-updates'), (500, 'noble-security'), (500, 'noble'), (100, 'noble-backports') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 Kernel: Linux 6.8.0-59-generic (SMP w/16 CPU threads; PREEMPT) Kernel taint flags: TAINT_PROPRIETARY_MODULE, TAINT_WARN, TAINT_OOT_MODULE, TAINT_UNSIGNED_MODULE Locale: LANG=en_GB.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_GB.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8), LANGUAGE=en_GB Shell: /bin/sh linked to /usr/bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) LSM: AppArmor: enabled Versions of packages plptools depends on: ii debconf [debconf-2.0] 1.5.86ubuntu1 ii fuse3 [fuse] 3.14.0-5build1 ii libc6 2.39-0ubuntu8.4 ii libfuse2t64 2.9.9-8.1build1 ii libgcc-s1 14.2.0-4ubuntu2~24.04 ii libreadline8t64 8.2-4build1 ii libstdc++6 14.2.0-4ubuntu2~24.04 ii sysvinit-utils [lsb-base] 3.08-6ubuntu3 plptools recommends no packages. plptools suggests no packages.
