Since Debian trixie, in Debian Edu on roaming workstations, local users
end up with /bin/sh as shell in /etc/passwd (instead of /bin/bash).

Both approaches are wrong, the newer one is just more annoying for bash
users. The right solution is to take the shell from the LDAP account and
use that in /etc/passwd when creating the local user at login.

This issue has been resolved via libpam-mklocaluser 0.20 (and I forgot the closure in d/changelog, unfortunately).
