Hi. I think this bug has been fixed altogether with bug #364736: http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=364736
The problem is also the freeing of an invalid pointer when closing popup window. If this is right, it would be nice to close this bug ASAP, to allow graveman enter Etch again.
