Package: groff Version: 1.23.0-8 Severity: important https://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/index.php?67169 reported that the .UR man macro drops URLs in PDF output; the upstream bug has a reproducer. This turns out to be because a Debian patch (https://salsa.debian.org/debian/groff/-/blob/master/debian/patches/man-hyperlinks.patch) enables the U register, but I hadn't realized that this was broken for PDF output in groff 1.23.0.
