As far as d-i goes, udebs use shlibs information anyway, which I've just
confirmed is not changing with the proposed debdiff. I've also rebuilt
grub2 (grub-mount-udeb picks a dependency on the libfuse udeb), and
things look good there as well: its current vdep on >= -3.17.1~rc1 would
just get bumped to one on >= 3.17.2, as expected when rebuilding this
package (with or without the debdiff).
