Hi,A friend of mine is using plasma-discover to install packages. He is using kid3 for years already and was worried when he didn't spot kid3 in plasma-discover anymore. I *suspect* this is due to the lack of AppStream information. I understand that without an icon listed in AppStream data, package managers like plasma-discover won't show kid3 for installation.
I suspect you would want to upstream this bug report. Paul
