The stats_cvs cron job is too verbose. It triggers messages unconditionally, which lead to a number of unneccessary noise in the automatically generated messages (not in full length): - --- Running tree at /var/lib/gforge/chroot/cvsroot/ Parsing cvs-locks/ E::Unable to open history for cvs-locks Parsing newsadmin/ Parsing peerrating/ Parsing siteadmin/ Parsing stats/ newsadmin root 2006 6 14 1=++1 peerrating root 2006 6 14 1=++1 .... [ x ] Done - --- Normally, CRON Jobs should only emit messages if anything goes wrong. Clean execution shouldn't be reported. If this detail is relevant, maybe put all the messages into a log file. - -- System Information: Debian Release: testing/unstable APT prefers testing APT policy: (990, 'testing'), (500, 'unstable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Kernel: Linux 2.6.12.3 Locale: [EMAIL PROTECTED], [EMAIL PROTECTED] (charmap=ISO-8859-15) -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.3 (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQFEljsuJPh4Kn6d5FYRAoL8AJ4ihZsWeRjPfs1IC294hJSDt9q71ACfcv28 PTqLhxgHTwxejtf+WrTfyAA= =h7+m -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
