The stats_cvs cron job is too verbose. It triggers messages
unconditionally, which lead to a number of unneccessary noise in the
automatically generated messages (not in full length):

Normally, CRON Jobs should only emit messages if anything goes wrong.
Clean execution shouldn't be reported. If this detail is relevant, maybe
put all the messages into a log file.
