Package: autopkgtest
Version: 5.49
Severity: normal

Hi,

I'm currently seeing several failures on ci.d.n that look the same, see below. It seems that if apt fails to download the InRelease file, it takes long enough to eventually time out after 3000 seconds. I'm wondering why we don't see apt retry the download and fail quicker (maybe it should still tmpfail, but I'd say it should do so faster.

Paul
