I think I prefer passive formulations as well, but then my favorite 
would be the long forms

Pakete, die installiert werden:
Pakete, die ENTFERNT werden:
Abhängigkeiten, die entfernt werden:
but I see that short forms may be wanted. I think they work better in 
English than in German and that's the problem that lead to ENTFERNUNG.
