The dashboard works as expected on my test system. The Service Problems column shows the same issues as Problems > Service Problems, and the Recently Recovered Services column shows bunch of history. You may need to do a hard refresh bypassing the cache: Ctrl + Shift + R Also check the developer console for any issues.
