I think this is likely an instance of a more generic problem but I haven't confirmed it. A search for package contents "qemu-make-debian-root" currently returns one match, File Packages /usr/sbin/qemu-make-debian-root qemu-utils https://packages.debian.org/search?suite=sid&arch=mips&mode=path&searchon=contents&keywords=qemu-make-debian-root However qemu-utils (trixie,sid=1:10.0.0+ds-2) does not contain this binary (it was removed in 1:7.2+dfsg-5, Sun, 05 Mar 2023 20:09:04 +0300) It *is* in the version in bullseye and earlier, but that is not the suite that was being searched.
