Control: retitle -1 qemu-system-x86: fails to save boot entries when installing 
to blank disk(?) => trixie d-i installs unbootable system

efibootmgring in the chroot but before the reboot shows 
Boot0009=File(shimx64.efi);
QEMU /can/ save the firmware state of the VM (to a file on the ESP),
but chooses not to here.

It should, obviously, save this.
