You need that for non-trivial autopkgtests to have the package migrate
in less than 20 days.
Apparently that change causes some test failure during build.
Reintroducing it would require also additional changes to the package.
If that is OK for you I will proceed with the update on salsa
I kindly ask one of the uploaders or a DD member of the Debian Python
Team to upload.
I'm willing to sponsor the upload after the autopkgtest-pkg-pybuild
change is reinstated.
Otherwise someone else will need to do the upload.
