Dear Maintainer,
in the german manpage for tmpfiles.d(5) in the section
"KONFIGURATIONSDATEIFORMAT" subsection "Typmodifikatoren" the
description of the "-" modifier reads:
> Falls das Minuszeichen (»-«) verwandt wird, wird ein Fehlschlag bei
> der Ausführung dieser Zeile während der Erstellung (und nur der
> Erstellung) nicht zu der Ausführung von systemd-tmpfiles führen und
> einen Fehler zurückliefern.
Which IMHO does not have the same meaning as the corresponding C-locale
version of this manpage:
> If the minus sign ("-") is used, this line failing to run successfully
> during create (and only create) will not cause the execution of
> systemd-tmpfiles to return an error.
(IMHO the "…nicht zu der Ausführung von systemd-tmfiles führen…" part is
pretty confusing.)
I think the German version should probably say something along the lines
of:
Falls das Minuszeichen (»-«) verwandt wird, wird ein Fehlschlag bei
der Ausführung dieser Zeile während der Erstellung (und nur der
Erstellung) nicht dazu führen, dass die Ausführung von
systemd-tmpfiles einen Fehler zurückliefert.
