Bug#1095913: ca-certificates: missing mozilla/Sectigo_Public_Server_Authentication_Root_R46.crt in bookworm and earlier

Hi,

I can confirm this. It happened to us (well, one of my colleagues), and 
we had to revert and use another cert.

Please get this fixed ASAP, Sectigo is a very common CA, and this starts 
to become problematic. Note that other distros already fixed this issue 
(by adding the new CA).
