Thanks for the report. The file you mention is actually the master copy, which was copied to /etc in the postinst in the past (but not anymore). If a Debian system has the file in /etc, then what the file says is "correct" for such system, but those systems certainly don't need the master copy anymore, so yes, I will remove the file. Thanks.
