We could reassign but it'd probably make more sense for us to close this
bug report while you file another one against the right package, so that
reportbug can include any relevant information. The right package being:
plasma-discover - Discover software management suite
I may be wrong but it seems to me that plasma-discover is only acting as
a front-end for apt/dpkg here, and the actual error comes from
linux-image-6.1.0-34-amd64 post-installation script which calls scripts
from other packages (grub, initramfs-tools...) in
/etc/kernel/postinst.d/. I would check apt logs /var/log/apt/term.log*
or manually run "apt upgrade" in console for more detailed error messages.
