Excuse me, I am hasty. The editing of a server is hidden behind a popup menu in the list (also, at least the Finnish translation claims to be a list of dictionaries, not servers; one server can have any number of dictionaries). Using that might work, but I have lost the will to try, sorry (the current version of the applet is unpleasant to use in so many ways that telnetting to the dict port is faster, nicer, and easier to use; upstream's bug tracker has reports of all or most of the problems already, though, so I don't feel like reporting them against Debian, too).
