With the freeze in effect, it has probably become a bit harder to get ppc64-diag and libvpd back into trixie.

That said, I have no idea how important those packages are for ppc(64) or not (and if removal of those packages is a valid option as well).

As it stands today, those packages will not be part of trixie.
I've added debian-powerpc to CC to gather further feedback
