I can confirm that both orthanc (1.12.7+dfsg-4) and orthanc-wsi (3.2+dfsg-7) have just been migrated to testing. I'm not sure what triggered the migration (probably an intervention from the release team), but this issue can finally be considered resolved. Many thanks and have a good day! Sébastien-
