Dear maintainer: During a rebuild of all packages in unstable, your package failed to build: -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [...] [ 47%] Building CXX object CMakeFiles/meshfix.dir/src/smoothing.cpp.o [ 50%] Building C object CMakeFiles/meshfix.dir/contrib/OpenNL3.2.1/src/nl_single_file.c.o In file included from /<<PKGBUILDDIR>>/meshfix/contrib/OpenNL3.2.1/src/nl_single_file.c:3448: /usr/include/superlu/slu_ddefs.h:264:13: error: conflicting types for âdcopy_â; have âvoid(int *, double *, int *, double *, int *)â 264 | extern void dcopy_(int *, double *, int *, double *, int *); | ^~~~~~ /<<PKGBUILDDIR>>/meshfix/contrib/OpenNL3.2.1/src/nl_single_file.c:2346:28: note: previous declaration of âdcopy_â with type âint(int *, double *, int *, double *, int *)â 2346 | extern int NL_FORTRAN_WRAP(dcopy)(int* n, double* dx, int* incx, double* dy, int* incy) ; | ^~~~~ /<<PKGBUILDDIR>>/meshfix/contrib/OpenNL3.2.1/src/nl_single_file.c:420:28: note: in definition of macro âNL_FORTRAN_WRAPâ 420 | #define NL_FORTRAN_WRAP(x) x##_ | ^ make[4]: *** [CMakeFiles/meshfix.dir/build.make:163: CMakeFiles/meshfix.dir/contrib/OpenNL3.2.1/src/nl_single_file.c.o] Error 1 make[3]: *** [CMakeFiles/Makefile2:112: CMakeFiles/meshfix.dir/all] Error 2 make[2]: *** [Makefile:91: all] Error 2 make[2]: Leaving directory '/<<PKGBUILDDIR>>/meshfix' make[1]: *** [debian/rules:39: override_dh_auto_build] Error 2 make[1]: Leaving directory '/<<PKGBUILDDIR>>' make: *** [debian/rules:12: binary] Error 2 dpkg-buildpackage: error: debian/rules binary subprocess returned exit status 2 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The above is just how the build ends and not necessarily the most relevant part. If required, the full build log is available here: https://people.debian.org/~sanvila/build-logs/202505/ About the archive rebuild: The build was made on virtual machines from AWS, using sbuild and a reduced chroot with only build-essential packages. If you could not reproduce the bug please contact me privately, as I am willing to provide ssh access to a virtual machine where the bug is fully reproducible. If this is really a bug in one of the build-depends, please use reassign and add an affects on src:octave-iso2mesh, so that this is still visible in the BTS web page for this package. Thanks.
