This and other time zones have been renamed and tzsetup had to be
aligned. This should be fixed in version 1:0.126 but the alpha1 image
you used is too old. Can you try with a more recent weekly or daily
image ?

Maybe some MATE desktop component needs to be aligned with new time
zones too ? But deefinitely not related with the installer.
