Yeah, and OpenStack is only listed with exceptions. The image contains
support from cdrom, as used a different way on Azure, but it lacks
support for AHCI (maybe we should finally change that, as this pops up
again and again).
But you could try to set "hw_cdrom_bus=virtio" on the image.
