The latter is a virtual package, which is provided by a number of
packages in trixie.
Whether any of them are suitable for use with XFCE I don't know.

I tried the likely candidates,
lxpolkit, mate-polkit, ukui-polkit, and none work in XFCE
Fedora and Mandriva use xfce-polkit for this.
I raised an ITP when I realised the issue,
but its unlikly now to make Trixie.
