It is not ideal, but scheduled the rebuild. Please make sure that
librdkit1t64 gains a Breaks on the old version of coot.

This still needs to happen. As I scheduled the autopkgtest combination to quickly in reply to bug 1103579 (which was CC-ed to the RT) rdkit is now blocked by an explicit block hint by me. Please let us know when the Breaks is added.
