[ Reason ]
Bringing nuntium to Debian 13 is a release goal for the Lomiri Operating
Environment, but we (Debian UBports Packaging Team) failed to upload in
time, so ftpmasters would have enough time to review before the soft
freeze deadline.
On phones / mobile network aware devices, nuntium handles the MMS
workflow by bridging ofono with telepathy-ofono.
The go-ldm component (which this unblock request is about) is a
dependency of nuntium.
Two days ago I have returned from family vacation, picking up loose ends
now, hence the delayed unblock request.
[ Impact ]
No MMS support on phones based on Debian 13.
[ Tests ]
Build time / runtime tests with nuntium using go-ldm.
[ Risks ]
None, except for people trying to build a mobile device OS based on
Lomiri. Note, that we are currently discussing Lomiri usage via Mobian on
mobile devices. For this, inclusion of nuntium and go-ldm would be really
nice to have.

Knowing that we missed the soft freeze deadline for Debian 13, this is a
humble request for a freeze exception.
This unblock request goes together with my next to-be-sent unblock
request for nuntium.
