Dear Maintainer,
There are messages from perl Getopt::Std in the roc-obj-ls --help and
roc-obj-extract --help output:
$ roc-obj-ls --help

running under Perl version 5.40.1.

The following single-character options are accepted:
Boolean (without arguments): -v -h -d
Options may be merged together. -- stops processing of options.

It would be nice to remove these extra messages. They are confusing.
