Judging from a recent IRC conversation, this is intended. But it
needs a follow-up RM request to remove (the old version of)
lomiri-docviewer-app from mips64el.

So what would be the required step for getting lomiri-docviewer-app migrate to testing? Also, someone on IRC requested to replace libreoffice in B-D by something from src:libreoffice that has less dependencies, so buildds are not affected so much.
