Dear release managers, Please unblock package kleidiai. [ Reason ] kleidiai is a new source package. I uploaded it on 13 Mar and it cleared NEW on 12 Apr, right before the soft freeze. kleidiai provides some math kernels (e.g. GEMM) for arm64 CPUs. It can be used by other kernel libraries (e.g. xnnpack) or tools (e.g. onnxruntime, pytorch), or independently by users when developing their own code. Currently I integrated kleidiai into xnnpack 0.0~git20241108.4ea82e5-2, so users can potentially get the performance benefits when using xnnpack. It would be good if kleidiai could be included in trixie. [ Impact ] I would need to revert the related changes in xnnpack. [ Tests ] dh_auto_test has run some crucial tests provided by upstream. I have personally run full upstream test suite on my own machine -- it all passes. [ Risks ] Currently I maintain its only rdep xnnpack. Risks are minimal.
