Given that most of the packages acetoneico recommends [2] are not
installed in your environment, I suspect that also other
recommendations are missing resulting in qtwayland5 not being
installed. qtwayland5 is an indirect dependency of acetoneiso:

   acetoneiso
        Depends
   libqt5gui5t64 or libqt5gui5-gles
        Recommends
   qtwayland5

Please install qtwayland5 and try to run acetoneiso again. Let my know
what the outcome is.

Not installing recommended packages can result in surprising effects.
The Debian Policy [1] says

   Recommends

This declares a strong, but not absolute, dependency.

The Recommends field should list packages that would be found
together with this one in all but unusual installations.
