Bug#1103071: resvg: FTBFS in testing/i386: dh_auto_test: error

This is due to rust-tiny-skia and rust-tiny-skia-path now building in 
unstable with rustc 1.85.0+dfsg2-3, which reintroduced a number of 
packages on i386, including resvg. resvg builds fine in unstable/i386 
[2] with that version of rustc. When rustc migrates to testing this bug 
will solve itself.
