These files are the result of bad development practice. Who knows who claims
copyright here. I would list all contributors, but that is me. As I said a DD
may upload for you deciding that researching correct licensing will take a great
deal of time and upload requiring the work to be done. They also may upload
deciding it maybe too much work and it can pass with primary developer being
enough in 'debian/copyright.
