Dear Maintainer,

Devices using libze-intel-gpu-raytracing fail to produce a viable render kernel
and rendered image when known capable hardware is used to render in Blender
using Intel oneAPI.

Console log:

Error: oneAPI test kernel execution: got a runtime exception "The program was
built for 1 devices
Build program log for 'Intel(R) Graphics':
Module <0x77774421e780>:  Unresolved Symbol <__spirv_BuiltInGlobalInvocationId>
Module <0x77774421e780>:  Unresolved Symbol
<__spirv_BuiltInGlobalInvocationId>"

Can confirm render succeeds using the same packages on Ubuntu 24.10.
