The one above does not apply in the cmake parts, since it relies on
earlier/later commits for the context and I get confused by cmake.
But it probably serves as a status point,

FTR, liborcus 0.20.0 also was accepted in experimental yesterday. Above
(partial) patch also changes the orcus .pc/include search
