I had the theory that this package fails to build when we are in DST. We are in DST again, and the package FTBFS again, so I think this confirms the theory. So, raising severity again, because we want packages to build ok all the year, not just six months in a year. (Ok, it was me who downgraded this six months ago to begin with. But now I really believe this is not suitable for release). Note: I see there are also autopkgtests issues (#1101831), I guess the root problem is the same. Thanks.
