Update: virtuoso-opensource dropped ckeditor3:
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1101019
(removed the related binary package entirely)

ckeditor3 is now unused:

$ dak rm -Rn ckeditor3
...
No dependency problem found.
