Good argument.  Since we now have some Git repository for this package
do you think it makes sense to move it somewhere else on Salsa?  I
noticed openguides guides is at
  https://salsa.debian.org/dom/openguides

It would be perfectly fine for me if you move
libwiki-toolkit-plugin-diff-perl to your space on Salsa and upload
what I prepared.  Feel perfectly free to take over the authorship
of the upload in case you want to upload that work.

In any case it makes sense to move the repository away from
perl team.
