nano completely freezes if you have made a CTRL+V bind to the "paste" command in "/etc/nanorc" (bind ^v paste all).
When you have 'bind ^V paste all' in your nanorc, then the _nano_ function for pasting is bound to Ctrl+V, not the _Windows_ pasting function. But, as far as I know Windows, Windows will always intercept Ctrl+V, so you are actually making nano's pasting function unreachable when ssh-ing in from Windows, OR both Windows _and_ nano see the Ctrl+V, and this is going to cause problems.
