Package: plymouth Version: 24.004.60-2+b2 Severity: normal Dear Maintainer, ther is something wrong with a keymap in plymouth's cryptsetup password prompt: backspace does not delete characters, but prints something into prompt instead. Ctrl+Backspace seems to delete characters like plain Backspace should.
A while back this behavior only happened when external monitors were connected, but for several months now it always happens. -- System Information: Debian Release: trixie/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (200, 'experimental') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 Kernel: Linux 6.12.21-amd64 (SMP w/14 CPU threads; PREEMPT) Kernel taint flags: TAINT_USER Locale: LANG=ru_RU.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=ru_RU.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8), LANGUAGE not set Shell: /bin/sh linked to /usr/bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) LSM: AppArmor: enabled Versions of packages plymouth depends on: ii init-system-helpers 1.68 ii initramfs-tools 0.147 ii libc6 2.41-6 ii libdrm2 2.4.124-2 ii libplymouth5 24.004.60-2+b2 ii systemd 257.4-7 ii udev 257.4-7 plymouth recommends no packages.
