Package: manpages
Version: 6.9.1-1
Severity: minor

Apparently the manpage of `man` references another manpage `groff_man.7`
that is not available if the groff package is not installed. This leads to
the following error message:

  $ man man
  man: can't resolve man7/groff_man.7
