Keep in mind the qutip package already exists.
You don't want to rename the source package, you're just reconfiguring
the packaging to move the existing contents to a new python3-qutip-core
package instead of python3-qutip, and retaining python3-qutip as a
dependency package. They're made from the same (existing) source
package.
