I don't believe this is specific to the Debian curl package, meaning that
whatever fix is taken here, it will be done upstream.

We could forward this to the curl developers, opening a GitHub issue, but there
aren't enough details for them to work on.

It's not clear to me what input/output libmicrohttpd is getting vs expecting.

If you can get more details on why the test is failing, please open an issue on
curl upstream and they can also check if this is a regression on curl or a
by-design change (meaning libmicrohttpd's test needs to be updated).

The curl developers are very active and quickly reply to bug reports, their
next GA release (8.13.0) will happen this Wednesday (2nd April) and that's the
release we will ship on Debian 13/Trixie.
