Dear Maintainer,
Using the debian version cause this known issue :
https://github.com/rbarrois/aionotify/issues/18
So the package is not usable with python 3.11
Using 0.3.1 fix everything. So i Suggest to upgrade to it since there is
nothing more than just bugfix.
