When I saw this report, dak told me there were reverse build dependencies. However, I saw in the description that this was a dummy package and new perl took it over. I searched *something* (I can't remember what, sorry), and *thought* I saw a

that convinced me this removal would be safe. I can't find what I was thinking of anymore. Clearly it wasn't, and this one's on me ultimately.

I was equally confused by this moving around of the *::Freenode::* modules between two packages and their final removal (or upstream re-separation, IIRC, although they were then empty or something). Quite a mess, and my mistake was to forgot checking about rdepends … `-
